The ST100 optical data transmission module is designed for large-scale industrial facilities, offering a wireless data transmission range of up to 200 meters. Its consistent 100 Mbit/s transmission rate remains unaffected by other communication networks or environmental conditions, ensuring high reliability. The module enables data transmission from a starting distance of 0 meters, eliminating the need for a minimum transmission range and improving space utilization efficiency.
Easily installed directly on stacker cranes, the device is simple to align using its built-in colored LED indicators that display signal strength, allowing for quick adjustments by a single operator.

Working Principle
The ST100 series optical data transmission module employs free-space optical communication for wireless data transfer. Its core technologies include optical components, mechanical structure, circuitry, and software systems. During operation, the transmitter converts data streams from the host system into laser pulse signals, which are transmitted through free space to the receiver. The receiver detects the optical signals, converts them into electrical data streams, and sends them back to the host system at the receiving end.
